Our commercial premises were no longer fit for purpose and we wanted to sell. Re-development of the site for housing was the best option. The site was large, complex and posed a number of difficulties. We were overwhelmed and our inexperience made us vulnerable to time-wasters. On a friend’s recommendation we engaged Julian Peck. His reassuring manner was like a breath of fresh air. He brought great knowledge, experience and a wealth of expert contacts to the project, so we were happy to follow him. Our trust paid off,  his boundless enthusiasm, diligence and hard work soon led to a very successful deal.  

Although delighted that Julian’s advice and expertise brought the desired conclusion to this project, we did not anticipate needing his services again. However some 10 years later, we had a residential property to sell which we believed was worth rather more than several estate agents had suggested. Again, Julian suggested a variety of scenarios and achieved a 25% increase in the sale price whilst ensuring that the original property was preserved, which was our perfect outcome.
