Our commercial premises were no longer fit for purpose and we wanted to sell. Re-development of the site for housing was the best option. The site was large, complex and posed a number of difficulties. We were overwhelmed and our inexperience made us vulnerable to time-wasters. On a friend’s recommendation we engaged Julian Peck.
