Julian Peck Properties formerly Julian Peck Associates (change of name only) was founded by Julian in 1985. The company was formed to provide an interface between all facets of the development process – a middleman with ethics and enthusiasm, discretion and determination, tenacity and track record.
With more than 40 years trading under our belt we have been involved in most forms of development and can demonstrate an enviable portfolio of schemes, contacts, referrals and in depth experience.

History
Julian Peck trained as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with top 5 practice E C Harris & Partners in Leeds.
Via Project Management roles within both the Profession and Contracting (Taylor Woodrow/Condor PLC) he established Julian Peck Associates Limited (now trading as Julian Peck Properties Limited) in October 1985. His partners, were Jim Rowson FRICS (continues as Company Secretary) and Kevin Gaskell M. Sc. Eng, sadly departed 2010, RIP.
